Framepin helps you discover real-world filming locations from movies, TV shows, and games, and share then-and-now photos with the community. Title metadata and artwork may come from third parties such as TMDB; user-submitted photos and comparisons are community content moderated by Framepin.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
You retain ownership of photos and text you submit. By posting content, you grant Framepin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service (including thumbnails, comparisons, and public profile pages).
You represent that:
New locations, scenes, and comparisons may be held for moderation before they appear publicly. We may remove or refuse content at our discretion.

Framepin respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, follow the process in our Copyright & DMCA policy. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
Maps, Street View, Place photos, and TMDB metadata are provided by third parties under their own terms. Framepin does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or external sites linked from the Service. TMDB content is used under the TMDB API; Framepin is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Location information and community photos may be inaccurate or outdated. Visiting real-world locations is at your own risk — respect private property, local laws, and safety guidelines.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRAMEPIN AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO, AS THE SERVICE IS FREE).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses already granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
We may modify these Terms. We will update the date above when we do. Material changes may also be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Framepin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
