A bend of the Arlanza about a kilometre east of San Pedro de Arlanza, reached on foot from the monastery car park. Leone built a 100-metre wooden bridge here, dammed the river, and blew the span twice; nothing of the timber is left, but the banks and the ridge used for the wide shots remain.
